Mikey Condon
Mikey Condon is a senior at Baylor University, double majoring in Business Marketing and Management with a concentration in Project Management and Consulting. A proud Waco native, Mikey has remained deeply rooted in his hometown community while making a lasting impact on campus life.
As a member of Baylor Student Government, Mikey served for two years as a Senator as well as Public Relations Committee Chair. He now enters his second term as the Student Body External Vice President, where his leadership continues to shape campus through meaningful initiatives that amplify the student voice.
Mikey’s tenure in Student Government has been marked by many impactful projects, including leading a voter accessibility drive that registered over 750 students and supported mail-in ballot efforts to boost civic engagement. He also planned and executed the highly successful three-day “Beat the Frogs” event—energizing over 2,000 students ahead of the Baylor vs. TCU football rivalry through interactive programming and school spirit campaigns. Additionally, Mikey established Baylor’s first comprehensive Student Government archival system in order to increase organizational memory for Student Government as a whole. His advocacy work has extended beyond campus, representing the university on Capitol Hill alongside fellow Big 12 student leaders to discuss key issues concerning college students with U.S. Senators and Representatives.
Looking ahead, Mikey plans to pursue a career in commercial real estate—a path he was able to explore through his recent experience in the 2025 National Sales/Brokerage Internship Program at CBRE in Dallas. Energized by this professional growth, Mikey is excited to keep the momentum moving forward as he returns to his role for a second term as External Vice President at Baylor University
