2025-2026 Student Body President

The Student Body President is the chief executive officer of Student Government and the official spokesman of the Baylor student body to all Baylor constituencies, the public and media, and other colleges and universities. This position also advises Class Officers and the rest of the executive branch.

Landon Self

Landon Self is a junior Political Science major with minors in Business Administration and Corporate Communication from Pflugerville, Texas. Landon served as a Senator his freshman and sophomore years. During his sophomore year in Student Senate Landon served on the Senate Executive Council as the Academic Affairs Committee Chair. In addition to Student Government, Landon is also involved with Baylor Ambassadors.

During his time in the Student Senate, Landon has worked to allocate funds from Student Government to student organizations and campus improvements. He has worked to foster connections with faculty and staff across all areas of campus. During the 2023-2024 academic year, Landon passed legislation to repaint the SUB Bowl with Baylor branding and the creation of a Finals Week parking pass. Landon also served as the Internal Vice President for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Landon is excited for the year ahead and to work with everyone during the 73rd Legislative Session!
