The Executive Office of the External Vice President assists the External Vice President with their duties and projects that they chose to undertake. It is comprised of several offices each with its own specific responsibilities.

Chief of Staff to the External Vice President

The Office of the External Vice President Chief of Staff assists the External Vice President with the daily operations and communications of the Executive Branch as well as assists the External Vice President in achieving his or her policy initiatives.

Director of Extra-University Relations

The Student Government Office of Extra-University Relations is responsible for coordinating lobbying efforts at the local, state, and federal legislatures and other universities, under the direction of the External Vice President.

Director of Community Relations

The Student Body Office of Community Relations is responsible for maintaining a strong relationship between students and the local Waco community.

Director of Student Organization Engagement

The Student Government Office of Student Organization Engagement is responsible for coordinating relations with other student organizations on campus to strengthen relations between them and the Student Government.

Directors of Multicultural Engagement

The Student Government Office of Multicultural Engagement is responsible for working with multicultural organizations and populations on campus to improve the quality of life and create a more equitable campus.

Director of Campus Programming

The Student Government Office of Campus Programming shall serve as a liaison for Baylor’s programming organizations and staff including but not limited to, Marketing and Communications, Baylor Athletics, and the Division of Student Life for the planning and execution of the Blue Bonnet Battle.

Office of Student Government Archives

The Student Government Office of Archives shall collaborate with the Baylor Archives and coordinate with all three branches of Student Government to collect items and build a record of Student Government documents.
