Shuttle Pick-Up Locations

Shuttles departing from the Baylor campus pick up at the Bill and Eva Williams Bear Habitat, at the intersection of 5th Street and MP Daniel Esplanade. 

Shuttles departing from DFW Airport pick up at Terminal A, lower level, charter bus parking. Students should look for red "Charter Bus" columns or signs in the lower-level area.

Airports Serviced

The airport shuttle only services the Dallas Fort Worth International airport. 

This does not include Love Field.

Waiver

All patrons must sign a waiver to gain access to the shuttle. A copy of this waiver must be emailed to Student Government (student_government@baylor.edu) prior to boarding any shuttle. A copy of the waiver is provided during the purchasing process and will also be emailed to you after purchase.

Minors must have the waiver signed by a legal guardian. 

Policies

Refund and Transfer Policy

Refunds will not be provided for any reason. 

Purchases cannot be changed or transferred to another date. 

Purchases cannot be transferred to other individuals.

Bag Policy

Students are limited to three pieces of luggage per person and a single carry-on. 

Pets and Animals

Pets are not permitted onboard the shuttle. 

Service animals under ADA guidelines are welcome.

What if I'm delayed reporting to the bus?

The shuttle will depart at the scheduled times above, regardless of any delays, including flight delays. 

If you miss the shuttle bus for any reason, you will be required to furnish your own transportation. 

Shuttle Caused Delays

We highly recommend scheduling flights well after the anticipated shuttle arrival times. 

Though every effort will be made to remain on schedule, it is possible that unforeseen events cause the shuttle service to be delayed, which may cause you to miss a flight. Please book your flights with ample time. 

Flights missed due to shuttle delays will not be reimbursed. By purchasing a shuttle ticket, patrons acknowledge the possibility of a shuttle caused delay due to unforeseen events.

Current Students Only

The Student Government airport shuttle is intended only for current Baylor undergraduate and graduate students.

Minors

All patrons must sign the waiver. Patrons under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a legal guardian.
