You cannot board the bus without a signed waiver.
You must be 18 years or older to sign the waiver.
Minors may have a waiver signed by their legal guardian but the signed waiver must be presented before boarding the bus.
Trip Details
Baylor Campus to DFW Airport – March 2nd departing Baylor’s campus at 8:00 am
- The shuttle will begin loading at 7:30 am, on March 2nd at the Bill and Eva Williams Bear Habitat (MP Daniel Esplanade, Waco, TX 76706).
- The shuttle will leave promptly at 8:00 am.
- The shuttle’s departure time will not be delayed for students who are late.
- Each student is permitted up to three parcels of luggage as well as one carry-on item.
- The shuttle is scheduled arrive at the DFW airport at approximately 10:00am, pending traffic, inclement weather, and other extenuating circumstances.
- The shuttle will deliver students to one terminal. From there, students can navigate to their departure terminal.
- We highly recommend scheduling your departure flight after 12:00 pm to allow for adequate time for check-in, security screenings, and potential shuttle delays, etc.
- Please be prepared to show a government issued ID to board the shuttle.
General Information
Your seat on the shuttle is not secured until you have registered and paid in full.
The airport shuttle is open to all current Baylor students.
Availability is limited.
Ticket Cost
To offset the cost of renting the shuttle bus, there will be a non-refundable fee of $25 per student per trip.
Delays & Late Students
Please note, the shuttle is unable to accommodate students who are late or who experience uncontrollable travel delays. If a student misses the shuttle, they will have to arrange alternative transportation methods. Reimbursements will not be available.
Adverse Circumstances
In the event that adverse circumstances, such as a breakdown or extreme traffic delay, occur while the shuttle is in transit, the shuttle service shall arrange alternative transportation. Please note, Student Government and Baylor University will not be responsible for any alternative travel arrangements that arise as a result of adverse circumstances. Students will be solely responsible for their travel arrangements and any changes that may need to occur as a result of adverse circumstances. Reimbursements will not be available for any reason.
Liability Waiver
Students utilizing the airport shuttle must be at least 18 years old and must sign the Baylor University liability waiver in ink. Please print out this document, sign it in ink, and bring it with you to board the bus. Minors may have a waiver signed by their legal guardian. Students who do not sign the waiver will not be permitted to board the shuttle. Electronic signatures will not be accepted.
Luggage
Students are limited to one carry on item and three parcels of luggage per person.
Pets
Animals are not permitted onto the shuttle.
Alternative Airports
The airport shuttle will only be servicing the DFW Airport. Travel accommodations to Dallas Love Field, Austin Bergstrom, or any other airport will not be available.
Acknowledgements
We understand that these dates and times may not work for everyone. The Stu Gov Airport Shuttle is a new, student-led initiative with a limited budget and resources.
