As implied by the name, all members across all branches, cabinets, and committees are required to attend the monthly All-Student Government meetings. Attendance is recorded.

• Big 12 Student Government Conference: October 9-11, 2025, hosted by West Virginia University, Morgantown, WV
• Big 12 On the Hill: TBD but typically early spring semester. Hosted by Iowa State.
• Excellence in Student Leadership Awards: May 6, 2026
• Final All-Student Government Meeting: TBD

Dues

All members are required to pay dues per the Student Body Constitution. Dues amount is set by the Student Body Officers annually. Dues subsidize the expenses of member apparel, name tags, catering, trainings, retreats, end of year banquet, etc.

The expense of dues should not preclude any member from participating in Student Government due to personal financial circumstances. To request accommodation for dues payment, contact Tanner Vickers, the Student Government Advisor, at tanner_vickers@baylor.edu.

Important Dates

• September 2024: Payment or accommodation request required
  • If dues are not rendered by this date, your dues will increase by $10.00, to $90.00 total. 
• October 2024: If dues are still not paid, you will be contacted by your branch's leadership to determine the viability of your membership in Student Government.

Members are encouraged to pursue reconciliation directly before filing a claim.
