The Office of the Attorney General has the authority and duty to review certain internal and external matters. Internally, this includes alleged breaches of governing policies, ethics concerns, or violations related to SGAF funding. Externally, this includes addressing complaints or allegations from students regarding student organizations and their operations.

For issues that do not fall within the scope described above, please utilize Baylor
University’s official reporting channels. In these areas, the Office of the Attorney General’s role is superseded by Baylor University’s ReportIt tools: https://www.baylor.edu/reportit/Students are encouraged to review the reporting options at the page below before submitting a report to ensure it is directed to the most appropriate place.
